Other: I was issued an unsigned ticket with an unprofessional comment using slang language from an officer. I find this to be very unusual and am uncertain whether the officer is credible as this could not possibly hold up in court. I have already issued an appeal, but forgot to include these bizarre properties in addition. Thank you.
