Other: Benjamin Wolter, the person who lives at this address, is running an unlicensed dog pet sitting and training business from his home. The photo posted is taken from their business Facebook “Emerald Isle Canine” and is the inside of his garage. The brown door you see in the photo leads to a back room of the garage where the dogs are crated. I am submitting this report because I am concerned for the safety of these dogs spending time in an unlicensed and un-inspected garage. I have personally been to this place but am submitting anonymously because the owner, Benjamin Wolter, has a documented legal history of harassment so I am scared to attach my name to this complaint. Please look into this
