Other: Two maskless city police officers walking through Lowe’s around 1245-100pm. Not good role models. Is there not a citywide mask mandate in place?

Officers are required to wear face coverings inside of structures per the current mandate, but BPD shows no calls for service on 11/30, so unsure who the officers were or if they were BPD officers.
