Other: Someone (highly likely the downstairs neighbor) is smoking excessively in the building. My condo reeks of cigarettes smoke. I began smelling cigarette smoke in October and by November, it had become excessive and is causing me serious health issues. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. After a few days of breathing the secondhand smoke, I became congested with an intense sinus headache and a continual cough. My daughter was here from L.A. during the Thanksgiving break and her cloths in her suitcase that she never wore were saturated with smoke after her visit. It’s a clear health issue and, because of this, I couldn’t have my grandchildren here for Thanksgiving.
