Parking Meters and Citations:

Other: Both my husband and I have had our credit cards captured in the past 3 weeks and it seems likely that this occurred while using the cards in a downtown parking meter. Can the city assure that it is safe to use a credit card in the meters.

Parking is doing everything possible to make sure cards don't get stuck in the meters. If this happens again, please call the number on the meter and a technician will come out and service the meter.
