Other: I took the #3 east bus on Friday, 12/10, to the mall. Passengers were smoking as they waited for a bus. Staff walked by them and did nothing. On the bus, there was only one audio message; it said we were passing Wonderlab but we were going east on Third, not near Wonderlab. The written direction notice also had west side bus stops even though we were going east. On my way back to town on the 1:40 bus, the written messages were right but there were no audio announcements. I believe this violates the ADA. Thank you

Dear customer, By "1:40" bus do you mean that you caught the bus at 1:40 at the mall? Please specify the time of day and bus stop location so that we may properly identify the particular buses and investigate appropriately. Thanks again.
Dear customer, Please inform us what time you boarded the Route 3 bus headed east from the terminal. There are 4 three Route 3 buses operating. Thank you.
