Other: I called and was told I need to discontinue my service online and not over the phone. But your form online will not allow me to type in the address of the property that I need the service discontinued. It will not let me submit the request without this information, but it won't allow me to type in the address. Am I doing something wrong or is your form the issue? Please let me know how I can make the request to discontinue service, as we are closing on this property on Dec 28th. Thanks.
