Other: There is a line of sight issue when pulling out onto N Walnut St from the alley just north of 1111 N Walnut St. There is a privacy fence lining the west edge of the sidewalk, and the trees in the yard of this address are encroaching into the sidewalk area and blocking the view looking southward.
