Other: I just received a notice of overdue citation for license plate QQ3461 which I just paid. I have never seen a ticket so I would like the a copy of the original emailed to aperez5@its.jnj.com or mailed to 3026 Covington Manor Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814. Ive never even received any late notices so I find this to be a little suspicious. TY Alfredo Perez
