Other: Ruth has a caregiver for day but not night. She is afraid at night because of the increased amount of transients she sees. There is an increase in the number of tents, they are above the BLine. Can someone contact her to let he know someone is looking into this.

While a few folks camping at Butler Park recently got into a shelter and the encampment was cleaned up, there are a number of additional folks that camp off of city property on railroad property south of the B-Line Trail near Adams. We do have security patrols along the B-Line but are unable to enforce park rules outside of the trail. Any immediate safety concerns should be directed to BPD. Thank you!
