Other: I already put in a ticket (#178514) that you all responded to. Thanks, by the way. The ticket was with regards to the hole in my shower. I won't reexplain the situation here but while your intervention did get a response from Woodington Management in the form of a phone call wherein they claimed someone would be out to look at the issue within the week, the week has now passed and nobody has looked at or worked on the hole to my knowledge. Normally, I would be more patient but it has already been months of not being able to use my shower. Also, it is worth noting that in their phone call to my roommate they claimed they were waiting for us to tell them when the shower was dry before they would send someone out. At no point was I instructed to inform Woodington of anything.
