Other: Park Mobile mischarged me and I want you to be aware that they are not providing a refund. There was a problem with the app and I contacted them at the time. As the village that uses this service and as a visitor there, I wanted you to be aware that this is an issue that needs addressing. Please don't assume there are no problems with this app and how it charges. Thank you
