closed: Can't Fix #178656

Inaccessible Parking:

Other: In the 4th Street Parking Garage all 6 of the electric vehicle charging stations were not working. They appeared fine but when connecting or using the EVConnect app they were shown to be "in maintenance" and would not charge. This was Sunday January 23. I tried all 6 stations.
