Other: In my neighborhood is an unhappy (I assume) dog that barks most of the day most days. It can start early, say, 7 am, and go late. I hear it clearly because its residence (324 S. Rogers Street) and mine are close, and the barking is irritating and destructive of the peace that one expects to have in one's own home. I assume (but don't know) that the dog barks mostly when the owner is not at home, and so may not be aware of his/her dog's misery and the misery it causes the neighborhood.
