City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #178697

Trails:

Other: So when we have a 5 ft concrete sidewalk WE are responsible to clear it for the kids. As propertty owners. Then the city replaces it with 10 ft of asphalt, assuring us that we are no longer responsible for it. “We will take care of it, Parks and Rec will deal with it in a timely manner”. We get 0.7 inches of snow, the path is icy, and the city is nowhere to be seen. We have to clear the now TEN ft of path ourselves to avoid being sued. FU Hamiltlon! This is is less than an inch!
