Other: The large storm drain on the east side of High Street has a gaping hole where small animals fall in. Because of this hole it is not providing any type of filtering when it rains as all types of leaves and straw enter straight into the drain. There was a tube that had been around it, however, it was removed yesterday. I hope that this can be fixed soon!
