Other: I believe that there is a husky that’s safety is at risk due to neglect. The owner has posted their dog as missing 7 times since November and has obviously not taking precautions to ensure the safety of her pet. Owner is Jodi Reynolds and her dog is a Husky named Joey. He has been to the shelter multiple times before.
