Sidewalk Snow Removal:
Other: Carlisle Brake Factory has not cleared its sidewalks along Woodlawn Avenue. I almost hit a guy walking in the street with a cane this evening in the dark because the sidewalks are impassable due to snow. The pedestrian was not making smart choices wearing all black and walking in the street, but what other options were available to someone with accessibility issues when a property owner has neglected to clear snow for well beyond 24 hours after the snow stopped falling? Will the city issue a warning or citation or something? Thanks.
