City staff has visited the intersection and agrees with you. Tall hedges on SE corner lot of Hunter and Ballantine obscure view when taking a left onto Ballantine from Hunter. A Notice of violence was issued for the property owner asking for relocating or trimming and maintaining the plants to a height that does not obstruct the line of sight.
