Sidewalk Snow Removal:
Other: The sidewalks on Henderson St between the north side of Bryan Park and 1st St have had no snow/ice removal. The conditions were very dangerous for my walk to campus. I would appreciate if the home owners on this stretch could be notified that it is their responsibility to clear snow and ice from the sidewalks. Thank you!

Dear Constituent:
Thank you for submitting information to us via uReport. We value your input and hope that we will be able to address your questions and concerns. In accordance with Bloomington Municipal Code 6.07.010 (a), a property owner gets 24 hours after the snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate to remove it before we can issue a violation.
