Other: There are constantly vehicles parked in the cul de sac that all belong to one home. The cars are all in poor condition and the house already has six vehicles in their driveway. They are anti-social and often will block the street with the visitors they have. There are many days when neighbors around them do not get mail because they are parked in front of the mailboxes with their excess of cars. It seems as if they are running an auto body shop out of their small driveway
