Thank you for your recent inquiry.
Unfortunately, we have been waiting on a specific kiosk part from our vendor that is currently out of order. We just heard from the vendor late yesterday and it will be delivered tomorrow. Our goal is for it to be installed and operational tomorrow.
We appreciate you sending us a report of the other unit not taking coins. It was determined that there was a coin blockage and it was back up and operational shortly after we received your report of this concern.
