Parking Meters and Citations:

Other: car parked illegaly on southwest corner of 2nd/3rd floor of 4th street parking deck - not within lines and not per the sign - non ev parked in ev spot. I know they will say "i didnt see the sign" or "there were plenty of other spots open" but the rule is for everyone. Please ticket them. Thank you.
