Email: Over the past few weeks, recycling has been strewn about the streets throughout Eastern Heights. It appears that papers and other lightweight items are floating out when the carts are being dumped into the truck.
Angela, I have spoken with the drivers and told them to pay attention and let me know if there is a problem.
Rhea, I don't want to be a pain, but I've noticed this on my morning dog walks on trash collection day for the past few weeks. It's usually paper that ends up on the ground. Thanks for being the rock star that you are!!
