Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):

Other: The storm pipe that runs north-south at The intersection of E. Longview Ave. and Concord has become very clogged with leaves and other debris since the last heavy rains. I am hoping the city services might be able to clear the pipe because it is at a critical juncture where flooding will affect a number of houses on a swale.
