Other: At 4219 Deckard Dr. in Eastern Heights, there is a small blue Mazda which daily is parked facing the wrong way in front of this house, despite a very wide and accessible driveway a few feet away. This parking causes MCCSC buses, City of Bloomington Snow and Salt trucks, and neighborhood traffic to dodge hazardously around this car on a regular basis. It would be a good thing if the owner could be advised and encouraged to park in a manner that does not inconvenience the rest of the community. Thank you.
