Other: Regarding two street lights along college mall road, I am confused why they cycle in the way they do. The light at Buick cadillac and college mall typically runs green equally either way when the traffic on college mall road is by far more busy. Likewise the light between 2nd and 3rd street is cycled equally when again the traffic along college mall road is much busier. Their frequently is a line going south that gets stuck on 3rd street because of the constant backup of traffic caused by this. I am sure there is reasons for the different cycles programmed for the lights, but these two just does not make sense to me. Thank you for your time.
