closed: Can't Fix #179168

Street Lights:

Other: Wow. East side of Bloomington specifically on 3rd and college mall. Wow. I would think who ever runs those lights or takes care of them or whatever is trying to work against humanity. Ungodly how poorly they work. The way they change is not right. Do people work on them? Is that someone’s job to maintain the lights? Thought there were supposed to be sensors or some kind of pattern to not waste everyone’s time but I guess not. Thanks. Fuckin idiots.
