Customer had pump inside old septic tank that stopped working, they had pump replaced, and CBU performed a dye test to confirm dye showed up in sewer main, which it did. Customer is appropriately being billed for sewer.

I have contacted the customer to discuss. She will be calling back to schedule a dye test once her pump is repaired/replaced.
