Smoking Violation:
Other: I live in a non-smoking building policy stablished per lease. My next door neighbor is smoking weed everyday. The marijuana smoke entry in my apartment and I have headache, increased heart rate, problems sleeping and asthma attacks. Landlord just sending generalized emails. This problem has been running for almost 4 month and is not solved.

I emailed the complainant and explained that city code does not cover private apartments. I referred her to private counsel or Student Legal Services.
