Other: Location correction for case #179281. The cracked, heaved up section of sidewalk is located at f115 North Madison (NOT Morton). My apologies for the incorrect lead. Thanks!

Betty Rose, we will add this to our sidewalk repair list since it was done by a City tree root. According to City Ordinance 12-04-010 repair of a sidewalk is the duty of the adjacent property owner.
