closed: Can't Fix #179309

Traffic Signals:

Other: There needs to be a turn signal light before flow of traffic at intersection of 46 & N union valley Rd and 46 & N Outback Rd. The light further down by other neighborhoods and speedway have a turn arrow and changes traffic flow more quickly. The same situation is at outback and union valley but the light has not been updated to accommodate. This needs fixed!
