Other: Traffic jams daily east and west bound traffic at IN45/46, Kinser Pike, College & Walnut, Dunn. Traffic lights need to be synced to avoid this, sitting at a green light and not being able to cross the intersection is ridiculous. Has the increased traffic to and from Hospital been taken into account.
