Other: The parking garages are said to be free after 5pm on Fridays, all day Saturday, and all day Sundays; however, I parked in there yesterday (Saturday) and had to pay when I left. The gates are still closed and red so i’m assuming the same will be for today.
Sent an email explaining normal operational hours. Unfortunately, the hours that were explained are our holiday or December special hours.
Hello, Thank you for your ureport. Normal hours of operations are Monday through Saturday and gates are opened on Sunday which offers free parking. Oftentimes, we have holiday hours in the month of December which describes the operation you inquired about. These are normally posted well in advance so patrons can take advantage of shopping at downtown businesses. However, these hours are not normal operational hours. I apologize for any confusion.
