Monroe County Health Department contacted the RV owner and told them that they cannot connect to the water service and that they cannot continue to discharge their wastewater. They were directed to the Dillman Wastewater Treatment Plant to dispose of their waste free of charge. They were also provided resources for those experiencing homelessness.

This case has been brought to the attention of the Monroe County Health Department who will investigate and report back with findings and report follow up actions taken. The health department representative was informed that the RV may dump their wastewater at the Dillman Road Wastewater Treatment Plant for free in the future.
