Carrie, these ornamental lights are privately owned and maintained by CFC. I will reach out to them but if you have any further problems with this light please let them know at 812-332-0053. Other street lights are maintained by Duke Energy and you can report light outages @ https://salor-web.duke-energy.app/#/home/map/in. Hope this was helpful.
