Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: Large man sized hold with no cover, on the left hand side, going towards Washington. Older woman fell into the hole and had to go to hospital her. Her back is now sore from the fall.

Per CBU supervisor, he went to this site and found a planter that had the tree removed, thus the hole. I called Rick Albright and notified him of the problem, and he will take care of this. He also asked that I reassign this uReport to Chris Axsom in Street Department.
