Phone Call: I received a phone call from a resident of the Near West Side neighborhood, who wanted the City to know how much he appreciated the Brighten B-Town crew that was recently working on his street. They cleaned up the yard in front of a vacant home and edged and cleaned the cracks in the sidewalks up and down the block. The resident frequently walks in his neighborhood, and has noticed improvements throughout. Kudos to the Public Works department!
