Thanks for the comment. I took a look at the area and it appears it is in the city ROW but not in the park, and the bushes in question surround a lift station and are bordered to the south by a drainage ditch. Because of these issues, we do not have immediate plans to correct this, however, I hope to improve some of the connectivity in this area with a future project.
