Other: North-South alley running from 1st up to University and located between Henderson and Fess is a mess of pot holes - it is a paved alley and gravel has been to fill parts in but it is paved - few years ago new spur from 1st street fixed a lot of issue but now there are several deep potholes that run the length of the alley in this block. Has been patched by the city before but they are in bad shape. Recently got some orange spray paint markers on the alley but we don't know who put those down.
