Other: I live next to Parkridge park, at 3429 E Longview Ave. The Park does not provide a parking space. Individual visitors are fine, but the problem is with groups. They park all along the cul de sac, leaving a small corridor to navigate the way in and out. I'm an elderly woman with a heart condition. I propose the following: define 2-3 parking slots nest to the Park. Post "No Parking" on the other side. Add an official, larger, parking space by the old Marsh store.

Thank you for submitting this uReport and bringing this concern to our attention. After visiting the site, the Engineering Department does not feel that delineating parking spaces would be appropriate for this location. State code (IC 9-21-16-5) prohibits parking in front of a public or private driveway. Parking Service (812-349-3436) would be able to enforce the law for any parking violation and include the yellow curb, which is in that area of the ramp. You can call the non-emergency police line (812-339-4477) if it is urgent. If this issue continues to happen, please feel free to provide additional pictures of it. With the violations pictures we may be open to reevaluating the conditions.
