Staff has received guidance from our manager that signs in the ROW are currently unenforceable. Indiana State Code prohibits enforcement of signs under 32 square feet from a period of 60 days before an election through 6 days after an election. We are currently within this time frame of the primary election. State Code does not differentiate between political signs and all other signs. May 9th will be the soonest staff may resume enforcement of signs.
