closed: Resolved #179517

Other:

Other: Are restaurants with parklets allowed to keep non customers off of their tables? Tap says the tables in the street, in the public right of way, are only for their customers. That does not seem right.

I responded to the inquiry via email with the following to inform the constituent: "Thank you for your question about parklets. Because the restaurants have paid for the spaces for the full season, they are allowed to reserve them for their patrons. Thank you!"
