Can we get more clarification. Is this the brick sidewalk or do you mean the panel on Indiana by the parking garage?

Our crew went out to check for any clogged drains leading to this issue, but found none. They did note that the sidewalk was not in good shape, which might be leading to the pooling.

In the event that this is a clogged storm drain, could you take a look? If it is not a clogged storm drain, and just poorly graded sidewalk, I am not sure there is anything the City can do. Thank you!
