Tried to contact the property managers, but the number was invalid. Additionally, the report is over a year old and it is hard to distinguish which work may be from AT&T and which is more current from the citywide fiber project.
After recent visits it is assumed the work has been finished and the areas are restored from the original report though. If there are still unfinished areas, the residents are encouraged to reach out to the Engineering Department for assistance. (812) 349-3913

It's possible this is a Smithville project not AT&T, but resident wasn't certain.
