Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: On E Second Street: coming from the intersection with High Street, parallel to the pedestrian bridge, several holes have reappeared again in the middle of the street. Continuing on E Second at the intersection with Arbutus, pothole; continuing towards Eastside Drive, after the intersection several holes on E Second. Continuing towards downtown, between Park and Woodlawn is a manhole cover that is missing part of the pavement that used to be around it.
