Sent Patrick Walter an email to apologize for lack of clarity in the date of availability of registration materials for the event. Invited him to contact the event coordinator directly to receive registration information when registration opens in mid-May. We will add the opening date of registration in future event promotions.

Dear Patrick Walter,
Thank you for your message! We realized when we received your report that we did not specify the opening date for registration for participation for Junk in the Trunk ... and that caused you a lot of frustration and wasted time. Please accept our apology!
Registration materials will be available in mid-May. In the meantime, if you would like to be added to the email list to receive the registration form directly in your email inbox when it is ready, you can send a message to the event coordinator, Haylie Pryson, at haylie.pryson@bloomington.in.gov. If you have other questions about Junk in the Trunk or wan to check on the status of vendor registrations, you can contact Haylie directly at 812-349-3773.
Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope you are able to reserve a spot at this year's Junk in the Trunk.
Sincerely,
Julie Ramey, Community Relations Manager
