City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #179698

Abandoned Vehicle:

Other: There is a white SUV parked on Wylie St filled with someone's belongings and trash. The car doesn't appear to actually work, as it was pushed by people into the spot back in early March. It has not been moved once and is taking up parking spots from those of us who actually live here.
