Other: This green trailblazer has been parked on Walnut in between Kiwkwood and 4th street next to fountain square mall for almost a month. It needs to be towed. My office is in the mall and we’ve watched ticket after ticket get placed on the vehicle, which is eventually destroyed by the elements. People have even written on the window to tow the car.
