Other: The Bloomington traffic database reports 5 multivehicle accidents at North and Henderson in 2018 and 2019, all of them shortly before the 8AM start of class or after the 3PM end of class at BHSS. None were reported for 2020 when BHSS was online for most of the year. NO accidents are reported on the neighboring intersections of Henderson and E Miller, or Henderson and E South Rd, both of which have stop signs. To anyone who drives there, this is a much more dangerous intersection than the majority of intersections where 4-way stop signs have been installed. Indeed when one first uses the intersection one expects 4-way stop signs based on the usual Bloomington pattern for roads with prominent crosswalks, which makes the absence even more dangerous. Please fix this before my daughters start driving to high school next year. I'd prefer they walk but that intersection is even more dangerous for pedestrians.
